CueTonight collects vote data needed to run fan request moments and event analytics. Web voters do not need an account, name, email, or music-service login.

For web votes, CueTonight stores a hashed anonymous voter identifier so one active vote can be counted per event session. For SMS votes, phone numbers may be processed by Twilio to deliver and receive messages, but CueTonight application tables store hashed phone identifiers rather than raw phone numbers.

Artist and operator users authenticate through Supabase Auth. Administrative actions are logged for event safety and support.

Aggregated event data may be used for post-show reporting. Raw phone numbers are not exported from CueTonight.
